You may have noticed a slight change in the blog the other day.
1) The poll results are gone.
2) Some songs were added! I figured out how to embed an mp3 player and add songs on the side.
What does this mean? I'm glad you asked. As it's been mentioned before, I love music. I could not live without it. So I'm going to be uploading and sharing various new songs each week and will run polls onto which song you like better. The winning song will remain alive, and the loser will be replaced with another new song. If a song wins 3 times in a row, we'll enter it in the infamous 'Blog Music Hall of Awesome Songs'.
The current songs do not count. And since we're on the subject of the current songs, these are by a band known as The Swingkidz. A punk/ska band from Marlton, New Jersey. Circa 1998. ....Okay that was too official sounding. The band is actually the former band of the older brother of one of my best childhood friends. When visiting the States in the summer of 1998 [I was currently living in Germany at that time] my friends brother gave me that tape, and its been in my posession ever since. Only the other day did I decide to pull it out, record and digitize it and make the tracks into mp3's. The end result: Classic late 90's New Jersey Ska Rock Band music for your enjoyment. The three songs listed were some of my favorites. Enjoy.
