Ahhh, memorial day weekend has arrived, along with the unofficial start of summer. Aside from the week leading up to Christmas, I really don't think there's a better time of year. Almost everyone has a 3 day weekend ahead of them, and almost all plans involve being outside, water, bbq's, and beer. Can life get better? I SUBMIT THAT IT CANNOT!
Granted, it's now also incredibly hot and humid, but truth be told, dealing with the heat in the afternoons is totally worth for the nights when you can sit outside listening to some music and just enjoying the company of those around you. I'll take that any day over the 24 hours of sub freezing temperatures, darkness, and misery that comes with winter.
